Great apartments

My grandparents were living at Parkway Terraces and the apartments were clean and quiet. I felt secure with them living ... there since the apartments are gated. They were also located next to Walmart and a few restaurants and gas stations. The apartment itself was beautiful inside. All appliances worked and they placed my grandparents on ground unit which was very helpful to my grandfather who has a bad leg. The office staff was very friendly and understanding of their situation. My grandparents were beginning to decline and rather than confusing them more or upsetting them, the office staff would call me to discuss any issues with finances or questions. Top Choice in Carson City

My wife and I have lived at Parkway Terraces for over 4 years, now. The complex is situated near the base of two breath-taking ... mountain ranges... offering a peaceful and relaxing escape from our typical everyday "rat race." Our HOME Parkway Terraces

I have lived at Parkway Terraces for over 5 years now. We love it here. The location is so central to everything. All ... of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean. This year with COVID and all the shut downs things have been difficult and even though we weren't able to use the pool, everyone worked together and got though it. LOVE this place!!

We moved to Carson City from the Denver, CO area mid-February on short notice for a job opportunity for my husband. We had ... to find somewhere to rent site unseen, which is nerve-wracking! Michelle and Allyson were so kind and accommodating; they really helped make the transition smooth and as stress-free as possible. The maintenance crew was on top of making sure our apartment was ready for us, and very friendly. It's very quiet, private, and peaceful here. Everyone that we've met has been welcoming and nice.
